I go out a lot. If by 'out' you mean coastal walks, coffee dates, training, and the occasional yoga..... ok the VERY occasional yoga... ok I've done it once 🙈
Other than that I can couch and #netflix like an absolute boss these days 😂 For all of the above reasons here is a pic that's about 2 months old, taken on an occasion where I actually did go out ✌🏼

Anyone who's followed me for a bit will know that I've struggled with my legs... I may have mentioned it once or twice 😜 But I am so so proud of my current conditioning and how much #progress I've made in my #legs 👏🏼 Here are a few things I've done differently: 🔸 I had a really solid 'offseason'/improvement season. I worked hard. I stayed #consistent. I had a #life, but no blowouts of any kind. I feel this was even more valuable than the actual #compprep has been. 🔸 I have been combining my HIIT and LISS together 3 sessions per week. And I've stopped being a lil bish, HIIT is meant to be hard. Suck it up princess. 🔸 I introduced myself to @hypoxiaus 😊 I've been getting 3-4 sessions per week for the past 4 weeks from the amazing crew @hypoxicottesloe 😘 🔸 #legday went next level with @pt.arnox 🍑🍑🍑 🔸 I have gone into more of a caloric deficit than I did last time, and started some #intermittentfasting to compensate 💁🏼So far, so good- but obviously not sustainable long term and I'm looking forward to reversing properly 😋 🔸 I've added in more incidental #cardio..... walking my dog, #jacobsladder, joining in with clients occasionally. Going that extra mile basically 👊🏼 🔸 I've been taking @atpscience#alphavenus to aid in hormone regulation (my oestrogen detoxification sucks) and assist with body composition aka cellulite 🙄 🔸 My #diet was already super #clean but I've added in lots more green leafy veggies 🍃 #bokchoyislife
There's been so much #hardwork 💯 and I'm happy. Happy, but never satisfied. They will be better in the future but for now this is me ✌🏼 #ownit

💥 Featuring the current #proteinpowder I'm having on all my #lowcarb days.... and yep, also ma shreds ✂️!! I'm having @atpscience NoWay Protein because it's #plantbased, #dairyfree, #glutenfree and refined #sugarfree plus it fits my lower calories and #macros perfectly 👌🏼 As I get closer to comp, every gram is precious. Every gram is accounted for. And I'm taking no chances with this one 🙌🏼 I am currently on just under 80g carbs per day on my low carb days and I prefer all that to come from food 🤤But even for post comp I care what I put into my body and I don't go for just any #protein.
The added benefit of NoWay is that it contains a particular hydrolysed collagen protein peptide which are delivered specifically to target tissue directly (as opposed to other protein sources which will be amino acids but they won't necessarily have the power to control how or where these aminos work).
