Squid rings with lime I love calamari, but because it is with flour, it doesn’t love me so I made my own squid rings the other night which ended up being delicious. Ingredients 128g squid rings (Sainsbury’s taste the difference ones were good) 10g almond flour 5g olive oil mixed herbs chilli flakes tamari (a shake to taste) 1/2 fresh lime juice pre-steamed broccoli If you want some carbs baby new potatoes would go very well! Method Mix the almond flour, herbs and chilli flakes in a bowl. Dry the squid rings with some kitchen roll. Put them in the dry mix and stir so all are covered. Heat the oil in a frying pan, throw the squid ring mix in. Cook until they curl up and inside out (pretty cool to watch), add the broccoli, lime juice and tamari.
