Simple session #8
Get a Grip:
1.Warm up 10mins
2a. Fat Grip deadlift @bodyweight x5reps
2b. Press ups x10
2c. Pull ups x5 (regress to bw row if needed)
AMRAP in 20-30minutes.
This will set your grip on fire as you go through the rounds. -------------------------------

Just some standard weight lifting to start the week off right
(No joke, I started typing the above hashtag and "wallporn" popped up. Not gonna lie, really tempted to go see what that's all about 😂)
I hear talk about Paul the Wall all the time, and I gotta say, I'm not a fan of that guy. Lean on Paul enough and he'll build a wall in your mind that will be far more difficult to get rid of than Paul himself.
So when I saw posters going up about this challenge, I dismissed it entirely.
Until I saw @gwtrucks post his entry for Day 1. And then @cece.carson rolling in with her own bad ass variation.
