I loved today's Workout! Definitely one of my favourites so far! I would encourage everyone to give it a go! Your whole body is pumped and burning! It's not bad on the ole heart health either. .
Day 17 of #20000for2018
Current no. of pull ups: 516
Current no. of dips: 516
30 minutes of yoga
30 minute AMRAP of;
5 pull ups
10 inverted Rows
10 pike push ups
10 suspension trainer face pulls
5 below Parrallel box pistol squats per leg
10 Kettlebell swings (I used 24kg)
I completed 9 round and made it to the pike press ups of round 10 in 30 minutes.
50 pull ups and 50 dips done this workout.
