Here are some sample meals my clients send me using WhatsApp.
I feel is necessary to be held accountable to share what you eat with a coach/trainer. Especially if you aren't all in on tracking your calories.
For my audience, tracking calories is not an option and I find it's important to see the meals they are eating in order to determine quantity and quality.
This method has worked well as one of my clients is now 21lb down in 10 weeks by sending me pictures of his food and having me adjust what he eats every day.
The same goes for another client who was over consuming and I managed to adjust her overall intake by swapping out specifics sources and replacing them with the right macros.
So in theory, I manage their calories for them but require their accountability through seeing what they are eating. I them build meal plans around this and structure it accordingly to their eating style with consideration for what they like.
I also program in a weekly emergency chest meat which is necessary in my opinion for not becoming an addict to food.
