With summer approaching, iced latte's are the drink of choice. Try your next one with almond or coconut milk for a richer flavour. A tip for making your own.. make the coffee and freeze it in ice-cubes, then all you have to do is pop a couple of ice-cubes in a glass and splash your milk of choice over them and voila! Plus you get to avoid the watered down effect!
Let's get something straight. This is hypercholesterolemic. It is a tentative to mix almost all the products of iberico pork ( #jamon and #sobrassada) over a marinated egg in sea water and an delicious #parmentier. Just watch the video... the cubes of fat are so.... shiny (to say the least).
I hate the rancid flavor of some #iberico hams. And much more if the fat comes in jelly texture and warmed... and the liquid yolk, and the intense flavor of #sobrassada...
Eating sobrasada with Jamón for an spaniard is like mixing jelly beans with peanut butter over a toast ...disproportionate. And the liquid whites... well maybe I was not in the mood for so much pork.
