#mondaymotivation I don't ever post vids of my clients but this one deserves it, she back came to me with a goal of hitting 100kg deadlift before the end of the year & she had doubts that she'll be able to do it.
There was times when she felt unmotivated or if as she was never going to make it, but through hard work & keeping her motivated, yesterday she got to the magic 💯 now can lift double her body weight. Now that we smashed that goal on to the next, 100kg squat 💪🏾 As long as your willing to put in that work you can get to any goal you want.
