And yes I donate a buttload of stuff to my church and drop boxes (not Goodwill because they make a crazy fortune off of it 🙄) So don't chu worry😘
I also crushed my workout, and am about to answer a crapload of messages and send some more out. Because coach life baby💛. And one of my besties just messaged me to hang out Monday (this never happens because everyone is busy busy😊)! So Heck yes.🙌 Also one of my challengers just decided she is interested in coaching wants to build her own biz helping others crush goals. 🙌Um Hell yeah!

Well hmm..Probably because your thinking needs to be rewired. This is a JOB. A biz built from the ground up. It takes time, grit, heart, hustle, tough skin and perseverance. I'm only 8 months deep in this crazy biz (dove in a little late 🤦🏻♀️), I've got work ta dooo🤘

It's been 3 months since I strained my hip flexor and I finally feel like I've got my running mojo back. I've just done 4 miles which for me is a decent distant, especially after work, and my pace is getting slightly faster so we'll see if I can maybe work my way up to that 10miles!
And for the record this pic wasn't taken tonight, my hair is now shorter and my ass bigger 💁🍑
