I felt like having eggs and bacon for breakfast so I had it. Tofu scrambled eggs with crispy rice paper bacon and some garlic sautéed mushrooms on the side. It's very filling and so delicious! #breakfast
A simple chia seeds pudding can be a nice alternative as mid-afternoon snack. Make it with your favourite yogurt or nut drink or even with water. Add some fresh fruit, a pinch of cinnamon or vanilla or ginger.. that's it!
