Totally a day late on posting this but here's this week's meal prep💪👌
Pretty much another week of prep done on the grill + the microwave 👌👌 but mostly everything on the grill can be done in the oven too if you like that better. It's nice to cook on the grill and be outside on summer nights while enjoying a cold one (ice pomegranate flavored water in my case 💦)
Meal ☝️(bottom rows): Cheesy chicken sausage wrap with sweet potato 🧀🌭🍠 I picked up these chicken feta sausages at @aldiusa 😋(15P/1C/9F) I try to get at least 30g of protein at each meal so since the chicken sausage is relatively low I'll be pairing it with 2 oz of "lite" mozzarella cheese from @traderjoes (10P/0C6F) and my @tumaroswraps has 5P too 💪🙌I might try to make a quesadilla with this meal, but it would have to be in the microwave so not sure how well that would turn out lol I actually like cold mozzarella so either way I'm excited for this one 😋 I grilled sweet potatoes wrapped in foil and then removed the skin once they cooled (180g per meal) and also grilled some red onion and adding some microgreens to my wrap to make this meal's macros: 441 kcal 33P/48C/17F .
Meal ✌️(middle rows): Turkey Zucchini burgers with grilled mushrooms(wrapped in foil when grilled), sliced zucchini, and cauliflower rice (purchased pre-riced and just microwaved and added seasoning👏) check yesterday's post for the turkey zucchini patty recipe it's soooo juicy and delish!! Using a multigrain slim from @traderjoes for my bun and adding some sliced tomato for some freshness🍅 Macros: 412 kcal 38P/44C/12F .
Adding 0 kcal Chile lime seasoning and jalapeño hot sauce I picked up at Trader Joe's if I want to add some more spice 🔥🔥
And pairing my meals with low cal side salads with different mixed greens and low cal @bolthousefarms dressings .
Overall, feeling pumped for this week 💪💪😋😋😋😋

The first picture is me 8 years ago, which represents a time in my life where I was afraid to put the time and effort in, to become happier and healthier. It was a time in my life where just about anything influenced me, no matter how good or bad it was. I did not wake up and choose me everyday! Instead, I chose to pour my energy into things that did not benefit my health. My lack of mental clarity, pulled me further and further away from what truly mattered the most. Today, that struggle has only turned into my strength, that I utilize daily, to keep me moving in a positive direction. If you're one looking for change, understand it will not happen overnight. It can take weeks, months, or years, but the most important thing is for you to remain consistent with loving you first. It's been one heck of a journey for me, and I'm still working through it all. I love to share because not only is it a reminder of how far I've come, but it also sends out positive vibes to anyone out there, struggling to reach their goals. Never say never, surround yourself with positivity, and always choose you first!
it's kinda dreary out but my lunch is colorful and super satisfying 😋 leftover green beans, cauli rice mixed with fresh tomatoes and salsa, a recipe from @lexiscleankitchen which was a little sauté of eggplant, spinach, mushrooms, chunks of chicken and onions, 1/2 a sweet potato topped with basil pesto for some fat, and a little side of sauerkraut for probiotics ! eat tha rainbowwww😛
