Transformation pic!! Here is 6 weeks of progress on my fitness plan to get me to the nifma stage 😍
I'm pretty happy with how I'm progressing. I can't begin to imagine what the end package will look like 😀 but I have to say I'm enjoying the process & learning so much even about myself.
I have learned how driven I am and how determined and focused I can be!! It's a complete journey and an emotional one at times 🙈 as at different times you can feel very proud of yourself and all your baby achievements 😊
Got to keep pushing stay focused and enjoy the process xx
One thing is for sure, it takes TIME and consistency to change your body. I've been working continuously for 8 months trying to build leg/glute muscles and it's only now starting to show. - No matter what point you're at , keep working and don't give up. 🏋🏻♀️Make yourself proud! 🤗

An estimated 100 trillion microorganisms, called probiotics (from "pro" and "biota", meaning "for life") representing more than 500 different species inhabit every normal, healthy bowel.
These microorganisms (or microflora) generally don't make us sick; most are helpful. Gut-dwelling bacteria keep pathogens (harmful microorganisms) in check, aid digestion and nutrient absorption, and contribute to immune function.
Under normal or "balanced" conditions, friendly bacteria in the gut outnumber the unfriendly ones. Probiotics can act as gut-beneficial bacteria that create a physical barrier against unfriendly bacteria.
Probiotics can also help offset the bacterial imbalance caused by taking antibiotics. Antibiotics kill good bacteria along with the harmful ones, often leading to gas, cramping or diarrhea.
TLDR: probiotics are great for your immune health and digestive function, so find one that works and take it 🌱

intuition: the ability to understand/know something, void the need for conscious reasoning. the little twist in your gut. that little flutter in your heart. that good feeling you can't explain. that stomach turning, sick feeling you can't shake. listen to that. your intuition is so, so powerful. YOU are so powerful, whether you believe it (yet) or not. our Universe is guiding our path, sending us little nudges (our intuition) every single day. if something doesn't feel right, then it isn't. if someone's soul lights up your world, and you can't explain why, trust even harder. the vibes you're picking up don't lie. and your answers will always be brought to light, but the first step is to take that risk and listen to what your mind, soul, and body are telling you. i promise you with every fiber of my being, you are not crazy. your intuition is always guiding you towards your highest self, the most authentic YOU, and it will always guide you to the truth. take the risk; listen and trust that you are holding onto this unshakeable feeling for a reason, no matter how irrational it may seem. because you see, sometimes life isn't rational, and often times emotions aren't logical. that's OKAY. there are no rules to life. listen, trust, and learn. love and respect your own heart so much that when it calls to you, you're there and ready to take a risk, regardless of how irrational it may seem 💗✨

I C E • C R E A M 🍦without gaining weight? 😱 YES! It is possible
Ice Cream doesn't make you fat, cookies 🍪 don't make you fat, donuts 🍩 don't make you fat! Eating TOO MUCH DOES! You CAN eat too much chicken and broccoli and gain weight. It's difficult, but it's possible if it puts you in a caloric surplus.
It's all about balance! So make sure you are tracking your macros so you can achieve your goals and still enjoy the foods you love 🍭in moderation!
Powered through a challenging session this morning! 5x5🍑Glutes on fire🔥Thank you @brianna.pitt for getting me up & kicking my ass this morning🙌 Ready to get a PB NEXT WEEK😉 #helloweekend#friyay#girlswholift
YOU can do it. No matter what your goal is in whatever it is, you can do it if you work hard, stay motivated, dedicated and keep moving forward even after taking steps back or being knocked down. It's never easy, everyone has set backs, barriers, obstacles and personal demons. But only those who keep going and moving forward make it, and I know YOU can!!! In this picture: One pound difference, one month difference.
Started at- Weight: 140lbs - Waist: 29in - BF%: 28.2%
Currently at - Weight: 117lbs - Waist: 25in - BF%: 19.0%
I'm not done yet. I plan to keep going until the end of August. This isn't as drastic as others but this is a big accomplishment for me. I've had my set backs, I've had times I felt lazy for days and had times I overate. But if you can pick yourself up again and push forward, work harder and keep at it you can do it.
And to those of you who've DMed me, snapped me and texted me, I thank you all so much!!! You guys keep me motivated forreal!! You guys keep at it too!!! Let's all support each other 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 End of rant lol. Thanks for reading all this if you've come to the end haha! 💕
