I HATE training on a Monday.
I HATE a busy gym.
I HATE not being able to get everything done that I planned.
HOWEVER...I slacked off last week, therefore training had to be done tonight regardless of how much I didn’t want to go. I so could have used any of the above reasons as an excuse to slack off...but nope...because results don’t happen if you make silly excuses!
Shoulder and back session involving pull-ups, lat pull downs (different variations), rows, upright rows and single kettlebell presses. -
Also finished off with a 5 minute ab blast courtesy of @danieltsangarides 🔥 I never train abs but a quick intense blast at the end of a workout is effective and still challenging enough🔥
