Medal Monday features my hard earned medal from Fort Knox, Kentucky. I say hard earned because this was my worst race. I struggled with and failed obstacles I shouldn't have. It put me in a bad headspace that lingered until the Slip Wall. A lady came up right after me but was frozen. She didn't think she could make it over the transition. When she said she was going back down I told her she hadn't made it that far to quit and proceeded to help her over.
It was an adventure just shy of 1,000 miles to add this medal to my ever growing collection. A huge thanks to @igregor34 for running with me and volunteering for the 3-8p Breakdown Crew so we could race for free.
I had the opportunity to share a bit of my journey with some really great people today. It is always a wonderful reminder for me to press on. To work on my relationship with God,to be a better mom, to work on my health, both mentally and physically. Micah 7:8
