Handful of frozen butternut squash
About 1/4 frozen avocado
1 small frozen banana
1 frozen donut peach
1 scoop @furtherfood collagen
1 tbsp @salbachia chia seeds
1 tbsp @badiaspices hemp seeds
A little of @leapsmoothies red power
A few splashes of strawberry @lifewaykefir
A few splashes of @bluediamond almond milk
@nextorganics dried coconut
@natierrasuperfoods chocolate chia seeds

Vegetarian does not always mean healthy! Restaurant trap 101- just because something is marked as vegetarian or vegan on a menu doesn't make it healthy. Often restaurants will deep fry or drench these dishes in sauce to make them "tasty". How to avoid this trap?
1️⃣ Ask your waiter if the dish is deep fried. If yes, see if they can suggest a grilled option instead
2️⃣ Ask for the sauce on the side. That way, you control how much is added
3️⃣ Try to swap out white flour with whole grain when ordering rice or pasta based dishes. Whole grains are high in fiber, loaded with vitamins and minerals and keep you full longer!
