For many recipe sharing means creating unique recipes. For some it is sharing heirloom recipes or family recipes that kind of become their signature recipes and there are hundred other reasons ... basically all of us connect with one common thread that is 'Food'. For me recipe sharing also means sharing everyday simple food which contrary to popular believe may not be so simple for a person who just started cooking and want to eat simple ghar ka khana after getting fed up from eating out all the time.
Ask them "How much they crave this simple fare".
I have been there once and know how it feels so for me these simple everyday food recipes hold a special place too. Another aspect that I care for is it should be easy and doable. If you have been following my MTCeasyCooking series you already know it.
This new CurryInAHurry series is extension of beginner series where I am sharing these easy and quick India curries that can be put together in 20 minutes (okay give or take few minutes here and there) .
So second curry from the series is this Rajasthani inspired Papad curry. Made this with Masala Papad that I got from my recent trip to @narendra.bhawan.bikaner .
