Okay this doesn't quite fit under "simple" student food 😅 but anyway had some leftover nachos from girl's night yesterday, so I figured it was the perfect chance to make some crispy chicken tacos 😍
The "How to": slice up some chicken breast, flip it in (1) a mix of flour, salt, pepper, paprika & chili, (2) eggs (3) crunched nachos,
put on a baking tray and in the oven 190°C/30 min. For the salsa chop a tomato, bell pepper, onion and cucumber and mix in a pot with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Fill the soft tacos with lettuce, the crispy chicken, the salsa and some chili mayo (mayo+sweet chili sauce) and try to eat somewhat sophisticatedly 😂
