Je n'ai pas mis de graines de lin et j'ai rajouté un peu d'eau afin d'avoir une bonne texture moins collante et plus homogène.

Let’s talk Quinoa! You’ll be seeing it on next weeks menu and although it’s not strictly #paleo, we embrace quinoa because we like to let you make your own, empowered food choices! While quinoa isn't #Whole30 compliant, we like to break the rules every once in a while especially when it comes to this protein and fiber rich grain seed hybrid that is great as a #MeatlessMonday dinner, or if you workout hard and need some extra carbs in your life 💪🏻

#Repost with @Repostlyapp 💥THE PALEO DIET💥
🦄Let's begin this in incendiary discussion with a very important point > by and large, I really like the paleo diet. I love that it promotes eating more vegetables & protein & nutrient dense foods. I adore its emphasis on a higher protein, lower calorie diet that focuses on "natural" foods. And, overall, I fully support the premise of sticking to whole, unprocessed foods as much as possible.
🏓HOWEVER, there are some things I disagree with that, I feel, are worth mentioning.
🐣Truth is, there isn't a single "true" paleo diet. There were people living all over the world in a variety of climates with VERY different foods available depending on geographical location during that era. So to say there is a single "right" way to eat based on "paleo" foods is inherently misleading. Some communities ate very high fat, low carb. Whereas others ate relatively high carb, low fat.
🐳Along the same lines, paleo fanatics dogmatically hate on carbohydrates & dairy & even sometimes fruit. They say the human body wasn't designed to handle these foods &, therefore, shouldn't be eaten. But that's incredibly short sighted & factually incorrect. We are more than capable of handling these foods &, as we've demonstrated over the years, can thrive on them. The Japanese, for example, have a diet largely consisting of white rice & they consistently remain one of the healthiest, longest living populations.
🐙Finally, paleo proponents hate on "processed" foods as though they are inherently fattening & cancer causing & blah blah blah. Their reasoning is because "you shouldn't eat anything that wasn't available to us in the Paleolithic era." Meanwhile, there are paleo protein powders & bars & granola & even paleo bread. None of which, to my knowledge were available to paleo man/woman. I'm not saying those products are bad, by the way - just emphasizing the contradictions within their own argument.
⛄️Wrapping up, I support the over arching tenets of the paleo diet. But there is much more to be considered when analyzing their philosophy as a whole.
🙏❤I hope this helps and, as always, any questions leave em below💪
