Good evening. I'm sharing this plate of veggie goodness I had a while back with chickpea pasta and creamy garlic and lemon avocado sauce. The creamy avocado sauce is super simple to make with just a few ingredients. To make the sauce, mash a ripe avocado in a bowl and add garlic powder, 2 tsp. nutritional yeast, salt and black pepper to taste with juice of 1 lemon and tbsp. extra virgin olive oil and mix well. Mix into pasta or veggies for a tasty nourishing meal. Hope you have a great night.
