New Beginner Level 1 Pole Series starts Saturday, August 5th at 11:00am.
Discover yourself with ease into the realm of pole dancing.
Sexy pole dance spins, transitions, and floorwork are introduced in each class. Work on your core strength, flexibility, and stamina all while learning the fundamentals you would need to progress into the intermediate/advanced levels. Each class instructs a large variety of spins, poses and sequences to maximize your learning within this class. This level is carefully designed for beginners who do not have any pole dance experience. If you are looking to jump-start a new workout routine, this level is perfect for you!
Attire: Workout shorts and tshirt or tank top. Heels are optional!

Going vegan has been pretty fun. Got to learn some real nice recipes. My skin starting to get better I feel less bloated. And best thing is how happy it makes me feel. Things been going pretty good lately, But maybe that also has to do with low stress levels and way more vitamine D than I'm used to. The only thing wich hasnt been that great are the improvements in the pole room. Feel like my development stagnates a bit. Maybe it's just easier to push myself when there are regular classes during the week wich I can attend. Or maybe i just miss my pole buddies. Luckily I'm pretty confident that this is a fase wich I have to go trough. Because everything in life is temporary. The good and the bad🙌🏻 #wisewords
