Been a lil MIA this week because my anxiety has been very bad 😔...I truly hate dealing with anxiety and I will never wish it upon anyone...
Regardless...I have learned to deal with it and making sure I nourish my body and eat is very important especially when it's high.

2. Sautéed peppers and spinach

4. Ground turkey
5. Sour cream and salsa .
