Bench press🏋🏾- I find this style of bench press which a lot of power lifters use works better for me, by allowing more time under tension for the over all pectoral muscle. .
Hypertrophy🎖- most people have mixed views when it comes to getting bigger/Building muscle. In my opinion it's all about getting stronger on 🔑 movements. Not to say pump training doesn't work because it's very useful, but without a strategy for getting stronger your not getting bigger..
Better Form🏆- all ways aim for perfect form. In my last post my form was off also my tempo wasn't consistent. So this week I fixed it also this was a PR...💪🏾✅✅
